I help adult clients struggling with anxiety, depression, and low self-esteem find healing through a compassionate, relationship-based, trauma-informed approach. I blend interpersonal process theory with mind-body techniques like EFT tapping, and incorporate skills from other research based techniques to support emotional regulation and resilience. Clients must reside in and be located in Pennsylvania at the time of session. All sessions are virtual/online.
